PRP INTERNATIONAL, INC. serves the needs of a client's management through the assessment and management of a project's:

• scope and deal structure strategies, including innovative project financing, 
• procurement and contracting processes,
• risk assessments and management plans,
• potential problems and risks, 
• training and coaching requirements, and/or
• success reviews.

 

PRP INTERNATIONAL, INC. will go about providing these services by:

(a)  using proven techniques and analyses
(b)  serving as an interim executive/manager
(c)  facilitating discussion and problem-solving among the stakeholders
(d)  providing training/coaching services
(e)  preparing written or oral reports, and/or action briefings for management

PRP INTERNATIONAL, INC. serves clients who are:

(a)  federal, provincial or municipal departments responsible for technology, government services, or construction projects
(b)  developers/joint ventures, construction firms
(c)  companies doing business with governments, e.g. technology firms
(d)  major consultancy firms, on a non-exclusive, associate (sub-contractor) basis

PRP INTERNATIONAL, INC. services may be secured in a comprehensive and contiguous fashion, e.g. available from the start to the end of the project, or on an individual component basis, e.g. for project procurement and contracting strategies only, team building sessions, etc.

Services may be acquired on a retainer fee, a fixed fee, or a per diem/hour fee basis.
